Where's my package?

You have received a track & trace number. On www.dhl.nl (for Dutch deliveries) www.dhl.de (German deliveries) and https://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/en/ (international) you can follow your delivery and  make a contribution to a successful delivery. Please contact us quickly if a problem occurs so that, together with DHL, we can see to it that your package is successfully delivered to you.

 

I don't have a invoice.

We have attached your invoice to the payment confirmation email. Please check your inbox.

 

What are the shipping rates?

Under "shippig reates"you will find all rates within Europe, send us an email if you want a shipment outside Europe.

 

Has my order already been processed and shipped?

When we have received your payment and have processed your order, you will automatically receive an email with the payment confirmation and a separate email with the tracking number. Have you not yet received this? First check if your payment was successful. If yes, have you received the confirmations? Sometimes these end up in your SPAM. It is possible that the product is not in stock. We must then wait for the next delivery. This has delayed your order slightly.

 

I ordered on Friday but have not yet received my order.

Every day the packages are collected around 2 p.m. If you have placed your order after 12 noon, it will be processed the next Monday.

 

Why are the shipping costs increased?

We have been working with DHL for 15 years, shipping costs have been under pressure for years, we have managed to maintain a low price for a long time. However, from September 1 ,2019, price changes have been made by DHL. As a result, we can no longer offer a unit price for many countries, but have to calculate a variable kg price.

 

I received a wrong delivery.

Mistakes can sometimes happen, even though we do our  best to keep them to a minimum. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find the best solution. service@kaffee-fee.com
